Is the OpenBridge design software RM Bridge capable of modeling a box culvert with springs for the foundation. Or do I need STAAD?
Yes, RM Bridge is capable of modeling and design a box culvert with springs for the foundations.
OpenBridge Designer is a design application that includes modeling capabilities of OpenBridge Modeler AND all the bridge analysis and design programs in the Bentley portfolio: LEAP Bridge Concrete, LEAP Bridge Steel, and RM Bridge Enterprise. It is interoperable with ProStructures for structural detailing, gINT for geotechnical analysis, LumenRT for visualization and Generative Components for computational design. As it is based at MicroStation all the drawing capabilities are included.

RM Bridge - OpenBridge Designer RM Bridge is now an integral part of OpenBridge Designer CONNECT Edition as Bentley’s solution for supporting the design and engineering tasks in bridge construction for all types of bridges and construction… Last edited 25 days ago in LARS | LEAP | OpenBridge | OpenTunnel | RM > LARS | LEAP | OpenBridge | OpenTunnel | RM Wiki
Can you share the staad file for RCC Box Culvert.
Is there a tutorial on how to model and analyze a culvert in RM Bridge? Can a link or PDF be posted here is so?
The RM Bridge Training Example at the link below is part of the OpenBridge Designer installation and it has the instructional .pdf document and the .tcl datasets:

It's a FEM Slab bridge, but similar techniques can be used for a complete culvert structural analysis.
