I am modeling a prestressed concrete bridge with steel diaphragms NOT concrete but when i tried to place the steel diaphragms that's under the "Place Cross Frame" tool is not even letting me click on it. It is deactivated. Has anyone encountered this?

You can't use a tool that is designed to work for steel bridges in a workflow of modeling concrete bridges. The option to model steel cross frames on concrete bridges will be available in the next releases of OBM (very soon).
