Only the M3-ml_2 alignment has a profile associated with it. The other horizontal alignments have no profile.
As shown, the M3-ml_2 will import fine and can be used to model a bridge.

It seems that you have an issue with the feature definitions for the alignment and profile. Make sure that both alignment and profile have a name and a feature definition attached to them.
