I'm running through the OpenBridge Designer training and I get an error when I try to 'Add Bridge' or 'Annotate Element' that OBD is 'Unable to run command as mismatched Civil data found in file'. I am using version 10.09.00.10. What does this mean and how do I fix it? Please help.

Please, be sure Civil commands folder is clean before starting OBD and OBM.
