I'm trying to export my bridge model to LEAP steel, but when I do this message pops up :
" Failed send to SupportLine1. Missing Substructure definition for SupportLine1 "
I don't know what that means, I have an abutment with bearings defined on that support line. What should I do in this situation?

Hi, Yes we were able to figure out the issue.
The issue was from the profile, My active profile was a weird very small line that I took from the roadway guys so when the software checked it couldn't find a profile to stand the support on.
I tried to draw a new profile and make it active but the software took forever and never activated it . So I had to place the bridge again on the right profile and alignment.
