If you print the "Vertical/Horizontal Shear" output, there is a section of the output that performs this check.

Correct, the designer must check that at least the calculated amount of bursting steel is placed within the prescribed end region of the girder.  I don't think LBC provides any type of OK or NG check on this requirement that I am aware of.
