Is it possible to model the bearing seat according to the slope of the substructure? see example below.

Yes, it's possible to set the bearings according to the slope of the superstructure and have the substructure with an inclined or dapped top. As we can rotate the beams it's also possible to assign the top of the cap to be parallel to the deck. You can find more information at the links below:

What i mean is for the bearing seats to follow the slope of the substructure. I think the rotating bearings you are referring to is for the plan view, i'm referring to the section view.
I've also tried making a deck with a 3% crossfall and assigned the top of the cap to be parallel with the deck but it is not working, can you explain how to make that option work as well? thanks
