I asked this question on the mircostation form and they suggested I ask it here. Sorry if you have seen this before. I am trying to open an open bridge designer file and get the following error. The file is located in a projectwise datasource Does anyone know why this would be happening?
Thanks
Josh
OBDX files need to be opened with OpenBridge Designer, they cannot be opened using MicroStation.
For more information related to OpenBridge Designer program please check the wiki articles in the below mentioned Bentley Communities link.

Dilip,
Thanks for the response. I don't think I am making myself clear. My apologies. We have recently moved to Projectwise. The file I am talking about is really our first test. When I go into projectwise explore and double click the Open Bridge File I get the error. I am not trying to open the file with microstation. I am trying to open the file in OBD via Projectwise. Does this clarify my problem or am I missing something. It may be that the PW is causing the problem...
Seems like the the default program associated with an OBDX file is set to MicroStation. You will need to change it to OBD.
