I'm currently working on a prestressed concrete girder bridge an am looking to have the 10th points over girders included in the report. How can they be added to / found in the report?

This is a limitation in the program . Currently it is not possible to get the results at 10th points over girders in the report.
I think I may have found an alternative solution. From Geometry -> Bridge Parametric Layout -> Edit -> Settings -> Report Manager -> Reporting Points. Here I put number of points as 10.
Do you happen to know were the "starting distance" and "end distance" are measured from? ie CL bearing, start of precast, etc. Didn't see anything in the users manual.
If you open the model in Bridge Parametric Layout for generating reports do not close the module and update the main LEAP Bridge Concrete module. We have seen issues with model transfer back to main module. Bridge Parametric Layout tool has been retired in the latest version of OBD (10.10.00.26).
