I am trying to use auto load generation to create live load and braking force load cases. I keep getting an error when I try to generate the loads saying that I need to set centrifugal force to manual input because I input the longitudinal reaction. The bridge is on a tangent, so I shouldn't have centrifugal forces. How do I get the loads to generate properly? See below for settings and error message.
I was able to replicate the warning message.
The workaround solution for your issue is to generate the live load separately.
Then generate the Braking force separately.
It is not required to generate Braking force load cases along with the Live loads. Only one braking force is enough for analysis purpose.
For more information related to Leap Bridge Concrete program please check the wiki articles in the below mentioned Bentley Communities link.

I checked out that article linked. How will breaking the dependency between LL and BR effect the analysis?
Breaking the dependency between LL & BR will not affect the analysis.
The program will combine the LL and BR in the load combination and will calculate the critical loads and reactions.
To break the dependency between 2 load cases then check the Bentley communities link.
