Somehow the "Rule Properties" which would allow user to change / edit the element properties has disappear.
Is there a way to recovery from this?
I have provided 3 examples below where I show the Existing element for the file does not show the "rule properties" feature.. However, if I add a new deck, pierline or bearing ... The ""rule properties" is available only for the new components.
Because of that, I can't change the cross slope of my deck or change the skew of the bents.
I am afraid that I will have to delete the entire bridge and redo it all over again and "HOPE" this won't happen again.
