When opening from OBD Connect Edition, I accidentally double clicked on the Leap Bridge Concrete button, and it tried to open up 2 instances of the file. It generated an error, I don't remember which one, and now it won't open my file. I'm afraid I lost all of my work!
I am receiving the notice:
But no matter which option I select, it begins loading my file, but I end up getting this notice:
Then it closes down LEAP Bridge Concrete.
What can I do to restore my file? Please help.
Additionally, it is very difficult to remember to only single click, when opening. Are others having issues by accidentally double clicking instead of single clicking at this window? If others have similar issues, then I think the programming should be revised.
Thank you,
Greg
Please exit all sessions of LEAP and OBD and then clean the temp files as per below and try opening the file again:
If the file size has reduced to very small (@ 1kb) unfortunately the file might be corrupt and you will need to re-create the model.
Next file if you double click by mistake please click on Cancel and do not proceed to open the file in the second session.
I've cleaned the temp folder as directed, but I'm still getting the "Database reading error" message. :(
Please email me your DBDX file (dilip.matange@bentley.com) to investigate.
