Negative moment at pier

Question

Hi, all 
 
 I have generated the model for 2-span, continuous span model. The negative moment reinforced rebar is supposed to be taken care of the negative moment. I have input the negative rebar but it seems in the strand pattern check, the program assumed the girder taken care of the negative moment? Or did I miss anything?

I would suggest you to add couple of tendons on the top of the girder and check if the stress reduces.
