STAAD Utilization Ratio only Generated for some of the Beams

I am modeling a single span steel frame bridge with steel piles and sheet piling, which I input as plates. The W-shapes and HP-shapes are getting utilization rations, but my C-shaped members are getting N/A for utilization ratio in the report output. How do I get a utilization ratio for these channels? See attached model.
