Hello,
After the update to OBD and possibly to Leap Bridge I noticed that multiple saved strand patterns and shear reinforcement layouts in the leap model from the previous version have been completely erased when reopening the same model with V10.10 (after updating the files).
Is there any reinf file or other way that can be transferred to the new version model to avoid the laborious input again?
Thanks,
David.
When you save strand patterns from the Strand Pattern dialog they are saved in a file ".StrandPatterns.xml". Depending on the version you are working in this file resides in Lib folder. For example if you we using LEAP Bridge Concrete version 20.00.00.58, navigate to "C:\ProgramData\Bentley\LEAP Bridge Concrete CE V20\Lib" folder for the file.
If you are using OpenBridge Designer 10.10.00.26 version then the new location for this file is "C:\ProgramData\Bentley\LEAP Bridge Concrete OBD 10.10\Lib"
You can copy the file from previous install location to the new and the strand pattern will be available.
If you have saved stirrup pattern too then you can copy the ".StirrupPatterns.xml" as well.Saved Strand Pattern, Stirrup patterns, Rebar in Beam, - LARS | LEAP | OpenBridge | RM Wiki - LARS | LEAP | OpenBridge | RM - Bentley Communities
