Capacity design - RM Bridge

Question regarding the seismic ductile behavior of bridges, i.e. q>1.5:

Consider a case when behavior factor q=3 is used for the analysis of the bridge (ductile behavior). When performing Eurocode design checks for shear design of reinforced concrete pier, does RM automatically:

(1) calculates the capacity design effects for shear (so it is not anymore q=3) EN1998-2 5.6.3.3 (1)P a), and
(2) divides the shear capacity with additional safety factor gama,bd, EN1998-2 5.6.3.3 (1)P b);

Or an user needs to do some post-processing (multiplying further the RM output, outside of the software) to perform shear design of reinforced concrete piers?
