In order to use ProStructures inside OpenBridge 2021 Release 2, do we need to separately install ProStructures? Or does it install with OpenBridge Designer?

As the title states. We have licenses for ProStructures and Openbridge. Do the required ProStructures components get installed with Openbridge Designer? Or do we need to install ProStructures separately?

In the latest release of OBD and OBM 2021 R2, ProStructures is included in the installation. However, you need a ProStructures license to fully activate all the tools included. 
 As for enabling ProStructures in OpenBridge 2021 R2... 
 Step 1: Pick ProStructures>Activate from the OBM workflow. 
 Step 2: Click Activate ProStructures from this window. 
 Step 3: Change your workflow to Structural Detailing. All of ProConcrete and ProStructures is available immediately. 
 
 P.S. You are correct that in previous versions of OpenBridge some ProStructures tools were available but some others not. E.g. PS plans productions tools, custom bar lists

Based on install files created during the layout - and the size of the ProStructures install (it is a very large program), that ProStructures does not install with OpenBridge Designer 2021-R2 or OpenBridge Modeler 2021-R2... ProStructures would be a separate install. They have started to include some of the ProStructures tools inside of the OpenBridge programs. 
 I am sure someone from Bentley can comment on this....
