We are currently working on a load rating of existing steel structure in Florida. We need to rate under LL Legal and LL permit vehicles as per FDOT Load Rating Manual. When defining the load combinations from FDOT manual:
We are trying to modify the load combinations for permit and legal loads in the Loads menu, see below several screenshots:
When me close the menu and open again, it seems that load factors have changed again from default values, making impossible to develop the rating as per FDOT requirements.
Is there any option to modify load factors to those defined at FDOT Manual for permit and legal loads?.
We are currently working with version 2018.

Investigating on the help command, it seems that legal and permit rating combinations shall be defined on the type option:

From our model, it seems that permit and legal combination types are not allowed:
