Is it a known issue that the Civil Labeler Tool in OBM do not read the coordinates or am I doing something wrong?
Everything else works fine except the N:E Coordinates when I do 2D Plan annotations.
There seems to be an issue with the new Civil Labeler where it is unable to place labels with selecting a non-civil element. The issue has been reported to the OpenRoads team.
In the mean time please use the Place Label tool from OpenBridge Modeler workflow > Collaborate > Markup Tools. This tool is available from Drawing > Annotate > Notes or Modeling > Collaborate > Markup Tools or Visualization > Collaborate > Markup Tools.
You may have to create new Text Favorites if you don't find one in default ones. Please see below Wiki:
