An issue in Tendon definition in RM bridge

Dear All,

I have modeled a PSC voided slab bridge (full staging construction method). Below is the plan view of tendon placement for the main girder.

There is an issue related to the tendon definition. For example, tendon no. 3213 (shown by black arrow above).

In the plan view, it's normal in terms of position of this tendon. But by the 3D view function of the program, it shows something strange.

My questions are

1. Why the tendon is far from the girder section boundary?

2. What is the different between the two positions (pink and red color) shown above for the tendon ?
