How do I install LEAP RC Pier v14.0019 with our selectserver? It used to install fine. Now when we try to install on a PC,it asks for the correct activation and selectserver info which we enter then it says its activated, When we click on the executable to start the program, it takes us in a continuous loop and keeps asking us to activate again as many times as we wanna do it and never activates. Has anybody had this happen and what is the fix pls? Older copies of Conspan, Consys, and Geomath all work just fine and open without error.

RC Pier, CONSPAN, GEOMATH need individual licenses. If one has license for LEAP Bridge Concrete one can open the files in LBC. LEAP Bridge Concrete is a consolidated version of LEAP Bridge Enterprise, plus all LEAP standalone products including CONSPAN, CONBOX, RC-PIER, and GEOMATH. Requested user to open standalone substructure/RC Pier files in LEAP Bridge Concrete.

Dilip, thanks for the answer. Our RC Pier is now working but it disappears when we switch from LFD to LRFD. Any ideas?
