Sign Convention of Beam Elements in RM Bridge

I am used to the sign convention of SAP2000 but RM Bridge uses a different coordinate system (Axis 3 pointing into 1-2 plane as opposed to out of 1-2 plane in SAP2000).

I would like to know the sign convention of start/end force/moment, so that I can make sense of the output, especially the direction of M2, M3 bending moments.
