Is there a way to make my section non-composite for all loads in LEAP Steel.

I have a bridge where I will be placing a precast panel as the deck across beams that will not be adequately attached to the beams to be considered composite.

Tony, section will be non-composite if shear connectors are not present. Therefore do not define shear connector locations and also verify section properties at final to make sure that the section is non-composite. Under slab definition, you may unselect the box: "Top flange of beam is continuously braced when the deck hardens" (if that is the case you model).
