OBM not creating bearings

Question

Hello. 
 I'm trying to place bearings in my bridge, after I select the support line, OBM gives a preview of the bearings, but then wont create them. What am I missing? 
 
 After that, I should left click, right? Because if I press enter, some werid dialog box will show up.

 Once you have filled the Place Bearing dialog follow the prompts (bottom left) for the steps. Looking at the provided image if you have selected all the support lines, right mouse click once and then left mouse click to accept the settings.

In the screen capture, I noticed that the ahead offset and the back offset are both zeroes. Please change these values to see the bearings.
