Hey,
I am not able to place custom cell for abutment using support line, it says the support line is "not a valid tool" when it is selected. Attached the image below for reference.
Please let us know the solution to this issue.

Hi Jivesh, I had no difficulties in placing a custom abutment in OBM.
It seems that you should have a problem with the abutment parametric cell or the way the support line has been generated.
Please log a Service Request and attach the files for being investigated.

Thanks Ana for your prompt response. I have generated a service request for the issue.
I found out that the error is only with files on ProjectWise, if I work on local drive, I am able to place the custom abutment/bent with no issues.
Using the same workspace and workset on both local file and PW file though.
