Hi,
In the article below it mentions that the issue where "Distance from top of concrete deck to the neutral axis of the composite section at the plastic moment was incorrectly calculated." is fixed. However, I'm still running into this problem when designing multi-span curved steel tub-girder unit. Is this still an issue? Or maybe I'm missing something?
It looks like the program is not considering the section to be composite, although I have defined the members to be composite throughout the length under the Shear Connector Locations. AASHTO ductility check Equation 6.10.7.3-1 is failing no matter what section dimensions I define. I have calculated Dp by hand and confirmed it with another software (MDX) while LEAP is calculating much bigger values, as if ignoring the deck slab.
I'm using OBD version 10.11.00.40 with LEAP Bridge Steel version 22.00.02.19.

Thanks.

Any updates to this incorrect Dp calculation defect?I do find the value to be incorrect when PNA is in the web - same as mentioned above.
I checked the status of Defect 1036353; the software development team is working on this issue and will be fixed in the future release of the program.
