Open Bridge Designer - Strand Locations (HORIZONTAL)

Question

Hi, 
 I would like to know how to move the strands inward. 
 I have not found a way to move the strands horizontally. I know how to do it vertically, but not horizontally. 
 The strands in the 2nd and 3rd row need to be moved to the center.

Please click on Strand Pattern option and click on WIZARD button and in the Dialog Box / window input the Strands Location manually.
