I refined the pier cap for the hammerhead on the right using solids modifying tools, and kept the one on the left as unmodified. When I go into Explorer and turn off all supports, the modified cap stays visible, while the column and foundation connected to it are hidden. It's almost like OBM doesn't recognize it as a "support" anymore because it has been modified by general 3D modeling tools. How can I remedy this issue?

Can you please close Explorer dialog and open it again. Also, please expand the Supports tree to confirm all components are turned off. If the issue still persists, please email me the file to investigate the issue (dilip.matange@bentley.com).
