Hi - Is there a way to apply the vertical component of the live load surcharge on the abutment heel?
When selecting the live load surcharge load type for an abutment, it only gives me the option to apply girder, abutment or cap/stem loads. I'm currently using LEAP Bridge Concrete CE V21.02.00.38

Hi Vinay,
Unfortunately, the reference only discusses applying the horizontal live load surcharge and not the vertical component that I'm trying to include over the footing heel (similar to applying an EV load).
There is no option to input the vertical component directly on the heel for LS load case.
The workaround solution is to calculate the vertical load applied on the heel and input that equivalent force Y and moment on the Cap/Stem.
