Reports are "grayed" out

Question

My Geometry, Superstructure and Substructure Reports are "grayed-out". Can this be fixed? I am using LBC in the with OBD in the Standalone workflow.

Above view is from the main LBC > Reports tab. One needs to click on "Yes" to generate reports when closing the module (Superstructure or Substructure). 
 I strongly suggest you generate the desired reports from the Superstructure or Substructure module itself as the LBCX file size increases greatly when the one clicks on Yes to when closing the modules.
