Is "ground information" a synonym for "terrain" in OBM?

Is there an "Import ground information" tool in OBM, or is this a synonym for "import terrain"?

As mentioned above we have the Import DTM option available from Home tab > Bridge Setup ribbon group. We also have addition tools available from the Civil Tab under Terrain Model. You can find more information about the available option in this group by clicking on the link below.

Yes, one can import ground information from a file (DGN, DXF) using the graphical filters. This can be done using the Create Terrain from Graphical Filters tool under Terrain Model group.
