Preparing reinforcement drawing in ProConcrete - European standards

Hi,

I am in the process of testing Bentley software when performing reinforcement of solids prepared in OBM. Since the drawings I will prepare are to be sent for construction in Poland, I have to stick to our standards. The main problem I encountered is the inability to extend the bar shape beyond the solid in 2d drawing (I want this bar shape to be connected to its parent). Could any of our colleagues from Europe (because I heard that, for example, in the USA there is no such need) could throw some idea how to do it easily and pleasantly?

Of course, I'm not talking about a ready-made solution here, but maybe more about a hint where to start ;)

Picture of what I'm talking about.

Thank you in advance for your help.

  • OK, I understand, but I have a problem with sticking to Polish standards for preparing reinforcement drawings. We draw the shape of the bar next to the solid that we will reinforce, so that at the construction site they know where to place individual bars in the formwork. Unfortunately, in ProConcreate I did not find such an option when preparing 2D drawings. However, I know that in Germany and Sweden they also follow this rule for drawings. So my question is how did they do it.
