My previous 3-span steel superstructure worked fine. No problems. Now I'm working on a single span steel bridge, and when I open substructure design/analysis there are no values for live loads... all zeroes. And it won't let me generate them. All other loads are imported properly. Anyone know what's going on? I've tried everything. I even started over with a completely new file but got the same results. The live load reactions show up in superstructure so I know they've generated.... just not being exported to substructure...
We have seen this issue before in previous versions of LBS.
I would suggest you to download the current release version of OBD from Bentley Select server which is V10.11.00.40.
If the above solution does not work then please email me the file so that i can test this issue on my machine.

Hello, The issue you're experiencing with the live load values not appearing in the substructure design/analysis of your single span steel bridge could be due to a configuration or software-specific problem. Ensure that the proper settings for live load calculation and exporting are selected in the substructure design module. Double-check the load generation process in the superstructure design module to confirm that the live loads are being generated and assigned correctly. It's also important to establish and verify the correct load paths between the superstructure and substructure. If the problem persists, consult the software's documentation, user guides, or support team for specific troubleshooting steps related to exporting live loads to the substructure.
