As per AASHTO A.5.7.3.4.2, in the equation 5.7.3.4.2-4 calculation of net tensile strain in the section at the centroid of the tension reinforcement will account the amount of tensile rebar in addition to the prestressing tendons present in the beam. But in LEAP Bridge concrete, in the vertical shear result the amount of tensile rebar (As) are not taken into account in the eps-x value fig-1). Even though rebar is defined in fig-2)

The PS beam design module does not consider longitudinal rebars provided in beam for vertical shear calculation. However, the program computes the area of longitudinal rebars required for shear (AASHTO LRFD Eq. 5.7.3.5-1 (see Al_reqd column; last one on the right in your first screen shot). That area of longitudinal rebars should be provided to satisfy the shear design.
