We currently have licensing for this tool and product access granted. We are just now seeing this error that we have not experienced previously. I understand this tool is no longer supported by Bently, but all looks correct on our licensing account so I'm curious if there is any thoughts/ideas on why we might be experience this error.
Click on Licenese management tool.
Then click on Send Logs Now.
Then check if the product is activated by clicking on Activation Status.
If it is NOT activated then activate the product by clicking on Product Activation Wizard.
If the above solution does not work then i would suggest you to talk with the Bentley account manager for your company.
