The trapezoidal load is applied as ab abutment load, while the 100kip point load is applied as a cap/stem load with 0.5 x1/L eccentricity along the length of the abutment cap under EH load type. It looks to me like the trapezoidal load is not applied at the center of the abutment cap along its length while the point load is applied at the center of the abutment cap along its length. I would assume that both the loads' location should coincide (at the middle of the length along the cap) based on the Earth Pressure Load help section as below.

Once the Horizontal load is calculated then the program calculates the height at whichthe Horizontal load needs to be applied and it is not at the middle height of the abutment as mentioned in the screenshot.The 1.3 height is calculated from the top of the footing and not from the bottom of the footing.
H = 16.75 ftFooting Depth = 2.5 ftSD+WD = 16.75-2.5 ft = 14.25 ft
Lever arm height = 1/3 * 14.25 = 4.75 ft
Fz = 181.8 kips
Mx = 181.8 x 4.75 = 863.55 k-ft

Thank you for your reply. But my question is regarding the application of load along the length of the abutment and not the height of the abutment.
The Force (Point load) can be applied at the Mid height of the Abutment Stem wall.
The UDL can be applied only at the top of the Abutment Stem wall.
I would suggest you to apply equivalent UDL at the top of the Stem wall to get requisite final results.
