My bridge model has few inverted-T piers. I am trying to "Apply skew to solid" for couple of them, but that doesn't work.
The "Cap Length Adjustment" option does not work either. If I select "Deck and Aligned" option, the pier would change like this (picture below):
I am not able to change the fillet radius of the column to 21" which is what is required. It would change to 20.999", but not 21".

I tried recreating the model. But have the same issue. I am trying to email you the file but it seems it is too big to share that way. Is there any other way you can take a look at the model?
