Under Nonlinear Temperature Profile, the stress on the section has 3 parts: 1. stress due to axial force (it corresponds to ΔTeq in the image); 2. stress due to moment (it corresponds to ΔTline(z)) and 3. eigenstress (self-balanced stress, it corresponds to ΔTnonl(z)) as shown below:
In RM Bridge v11.16, the stress at top of the section in the element 111056 in the table is correct, S1 = -12038.761.
But in the Beam Stresses-Sig XX graphic view, the stress at the same location is shown as -3665.81, this stress only accounts for stress due to axial force and moment, but no eigenstress (self-balanced stress).
Hi netsonic,
Did you select the stress points in CS, as Stress leading points? This selection may be important for results presentation.

Hi Ana,
I double check the options, "Store the stress results" is checked, and "Stress Leding Results" for Sig-XX and other stresses are checked either.
The stress results in the table as I showed in the 1st post are correct.
But the stress results in the Sig-XX graphic view miss the eigenstress part.
Thank you for your information, I'm going to submit one service case for this to be fixed.
