I use the LEAP Concrete in Openbridge designer. After generated and design in superstructure. Check reaction from at Girder is in scale of 38kN . After that go to substructure menu. generate the load by using autogeneration in substructure. The input parameter for automatic generate are very normal: unit weight is 2400 Kg/m2, barrier and side walk is 11150 N/m per default value from software. The value of load look ver strange. The value at bearing number 1,2 and 25, 26 are very very high as attached.
The value up to 83,897 kN! also the load gerated in Y direction.
Some one can help me is highly appreciated

Winai, I suggest switching to English units and check to make sure the problem is not related to unit conversion. For testing purpose make sure that SW is the only load applied in your model. Also make sure that you are using the latest release of Open Bridge Designer, v10.12.1.73 with LEAP Bridge Concrete v22.0.4.34.
