I've seen other posts about live load deflection and having the same issue. I saw one post from January 2023 that this issue resulted in Enhancement Request 332452. Any update on this?
Also, what is the function of the HL-93 (Deflection per AASHTO)? I assumed this would give me the deflection I needed to check the L/800 deflection limit, but doesn't seem to be correct based on other checks.
Enhancement Request 332452 is with the product development team and they are looking into this issue.z
HL-93 -- The deflection information in the live load output report on the analysis tab is total sum of both the full truck and lane deflection, and does not follow the deflection criteria of AASHTO 3.6.1.3.2.
HL-93 (Deflection per AASHTO) -- Design Truck 25% is created in the library for HL-93 (Deflection per AASHTO) vehicle description
Click on the Design option and check the Deflection based on Art 2.5.2.6.2 option and set the deflection limit and then Run the Design Check.
then check the Deflection Check report for Service condition.
