Export IFC model from OBD Error

The 2.3 version is probably not much help to you as it contained very little bridge data compared to the upcoming IFC 4.3 format  that the BIM for Bridges and Structures group has been working to develop over the last several years. As a vendor, we have been working closely with this group to make sure we can offer what the bridge community needs for IFC from their OBM models.  https://bimforbridgesus.com/

In a future release, we are working on streamlining this process significantly.

What version IFC do you want from the model? 

Dear Mark,

I trying with another model in tutorial example.

But Open Bridge have same error.

Please help me to check reason for this problem.
