How do I hide the selected solids?

Hello, 
 I know I can Displayset Set the chosen solids to achieve isolation, But I wonder if I can hide only the selected solids.

If it is not an OBM element, then hopefully you have each component in a unique level and you could turn the desired levels ON/OFF.

Hi Amya, 
 Are you referring to OBM elements like Abutments or Pier and you want to isolate the cap or footing, etc.? If yes, you could turn OFF the elements from the Explorer window. See image below where I have turned OFF the column display:
