Hi - I'm designing a full height abutment and wingwalls on a shared footing supported on piles. LEAP has calculated an extremely large design moment and I can't quite back into the number. Can you explain how the software determines the maximum design moments for pile supported footings? Does it consider both the overburden pressure on the heel and the pile reactions or does it only consider pile reactions?
