How does changing the values in A/D Parameters Cover section affect the analysis? How does this setting/section differ from the Bar distance input when doing a rebar design.

In A/D Parameters Cover section for Cap affects the cover distance for Stirrups.
Bar distance input in the CAP Tab affects the vertical distance of the rebar from top or bottom of the cap.
