LEAP Bridge Concrete: Shear Interface 5.7.4.2 Avf Waiver

Hello, I am using LEAP Bridge Concrete CE V21.02.00.38.

Does the software apply the Avf waiver from aashto 5.7.4.2?

Looking at the horizontal shear check, the Avh-min is constant throughout the span, which seems unlikely at the midspan where the interface shear stress would almost certainly be less than 0.210 ksi.

For my case, I am specifying a 0.25" roughened surface for auto-design, minimum transvers Av is provided and extends into the deck per 5.7.4.2.

It's likely I am just missing something, but just wanted to confirm. Thank you for your time.
