Several Question regarding Leap Bridge (Conbox or Conspan)

Conbox——CB
Conspan——CS
In the CB/CS, these is no place to fill in the lane info, like width of lane, amount of lane, lane location (eccentricity to the ref line of bridge/center line of bridge),
How the Leap CB/CS calculate these parameters?
E.g. I have a multi-span continuous bridge with 19.4m wide, four lanes: 4x3.7m, the left and right overhang are 3.2m and 1.4m, respectively.
Apparently, the bridge can hold 5 lanes with 3.7m width of each lane. How can I confirm that CB/CS only use 4x3.7m lanes instead of 5x3.7m?
The bridge in the above example should hold one owner specified military truck on on lane, for the rest of the lanes, HL-93 should be used.
I find there is a side-by-side option in CB/CS live load option, which corresponding to AASHTO LRFD 2010 #4.6.2.2.5.
I need to know in detail how to use the side by side option in CB/CS?
Below is my side by side config, please correct me if I'm wrong,
Create a new live load group, I call it "Milltary Truck Side by Side" under Loads/Analysis tab,
Define a new Military Truck in live load definition windows first,
on the top right corner of the above window, there is a drop down menu for side-by-side, select "Lib:HL-93 Multi-span".
Apply "Milltary Truck Side by Side" to the liveload case.
I want to make sure what I have done as shown above is correct for my bridge.
I only use the created "Milltary Truck Side by Side" in the live load cases, do I still need to apply "HL-93 Multi-span" in the same live load case as well?
In the above side-by-side definition, I use HL-93 as side-by-side load?
What the difference if I create a new "HL-93 multi-span" live load, then select "Military Truck" as side-by-side load?
The design work is urgent, please help.
