I have created a model of the roadway in Conspan and then generated the loads and exported them into a text file. I have also created a model of one of the piers for that bridge. When I go to import the loads from the text file I receive an error message reading "Error on reading file." I am not sure why I am receiving this message or how to troubleshoot it. Any help would be much appreciated.

What version of CONSPAN and RC-PIER are you using? If you are using the LEAP Bridge program the import process is much more seamless. Please note that the Import Loads on the Loads tab (which has the bearing/column and cap load definition grids) should not be used for importing CONSPAN loads. Please use the option on the autogenerate loads screen, which has specific options for "Import loads from Superstructure", which could be CONBOX or CONSPAN.
