Cannot specify Lane Loads in RC-Pier

When manually inputting live loads into RC-Pier, how do you specify a lane load. According to the help.... "For manually input live loads in AASHTO LRFD, this screen behaves slightly different. When a live load case is added in LRFD mode and edited, the program fills the bearing loads list. This contains two sets of loads. The first set of bearing loads corresponds to truck loads and the second set corresponds to lane load part of Design Truck loads. Initially, all these loads are set equal to zero. Users can only modify loads for this case but cannot delete the entries. To apply a truck load, select the corresponding bearing location within the first set, edit the load value, and click Modify. To specify a lane load part on a bearing, scroll down in the list and select the bearing location in the second set of loads and update it. To remove a previously specified load, set that load equal to zero."

BUT, when I try to add a Live Load, the Bearing/Girder loads are not filled out like they are supposed to be, see attached image. After adding loads there is no way to check the Lane Load checkbox. The only way I can get this box checked is to generate the live loads and then modify the data as needed. Unfortunately, if I want more load cases than the generator creates, I am stuck. Using the copy button will copy the live load, but all the lane loads inputs are left out of the copy.

Does anyone know how to get this "feature" to work???
