 I&amp;#39;m wondering if CONSPAN considers 90% the truck load when running double truck as per AASHTO LRFD 3.6.1.3 for negative moments or does it take the full truck loads?

&lt;p&gt;Conspan does considers 90% of the truck load when running double truck as per AASHTO LRFD 3.6.1.3 for negative moments.The application of 90% of the negative moment as per AASHTO code is hard coded in the program.&lt;/p&gt;
