I copy once more my comments given in your raised Service Ticket I answered already yesterday (also for others to see):
Note that one of the possible hints within the error message is saying that the "number of iteration within QS-Int might be too low".
If you look at the forces for the elements reported (cross-members at bearing axis) there are very small forces, i.e. moments and normal forces which sometimes can cause that the default number of iterations isn't sufficient for finding equilibrium within the iteration procedure.
Therfore go to Recalc Pad / CS-Integration and and set "Iterations" to 10000 which should solve the issue.
In pre-stressed structures note that you also should define the initial strain load case within the actions UltSup Rein and UltSup UltMz.

I have the same problem with error messeger " Number of iterations on CS-integration (RECALC-PAD) too low"
Im trying to change "Iterations" 10000,20000.30000 and more, or "Recurs.level"...but do not work
How can i do?
"Error on evaluating TCL script" When run " Shearsup" action?
Anybody help me?

Check if the reinforcements for shear are defined properly (see User Guide and training examples).
[Remark: Also best make a new post for a new/different issue to keep the overview.]
And I have error " Shear Failure "?
What is it mean?Thank you
Shear check in RM Bridge is carried through using "strut and tie model".
The error message "shear failure" is given, when the strut (concrete) fails, i.e. there cannot be found an equilibrium anymore by adding reinforcement. Therefore the user has to increase the cross-section resistance respectively (e.g. width or height of webs).
Thank you very much, Diether
